How do I edit a user account?

(You will need either a Business or Enterprise account to access user management)

To find out how to edit a user account, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. In the Users section of your Master account, click on the Settings icon next to a user.



  2. Within the settings section there are different sections available for editing a user account.



    i) Account - This displays the account information for the user and the user's statistics.

    ii) Login - Not displayed within the settings of the Master account - This section allows you to amend the Email Address, Avatar and Password.

    (If you want to change the email address of the Master account, then please send an email request to approval@surveymoz.com from the current email address for your Master account.)

    iii) Contact - Not displayed within the settings of the Master account - This section allows you to update the contact details for the user account.

    (Master accounts can update their contact details by accessing My Account section on the dashboard of the account.)

    iv) Response Limits - Not displaued within the settings of the Master account - Within this section you can set the response allowance for the user account. (Master accounts have an unlimited response allowance.)

    v) Permissions - This section is for setting up survey permissions on the account.

    vi) Surveys - This section lists all of the surveys within the user account. You can also copy, preview and transfer surveys to another user account.

    vii) Address Book - This section displays all of the contact lists within the user account. You can also copy contact lists to another user account.

    viii) Themes - This section allows you to view any custom survey themes within the user account. You can also preview and copy themes to another user account.
