How to Sign Up or Upgrade

SmartSurvey offers four subscription options, ranging from free accounts to feature-rich Enterprise subscriptions.

Signing Up for an Account

To sign up:

1. Go to our Pricing Page.
2. Select a plan and click Sign Up Now.
3. Follow the instructions to complete your registration.

Upgrading an Account

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Under My Account, click View Plans next to Current Plan.
3. Select a plan and click Upgrade.
4. Follow the instructions to complete your upgrade.
