SmartSurvey offers a range of different subscription options. Subscriptions automatically renew following the expiry of the subscription period chosen (monthly, quarterly or yearly). The renewal date will be the anniversary of the date when the subscription was created.
You can cancel at any time by downgrading your account. When you choose to downgrade, you will stay on your chosen plan until the next payment becomes due. - you won't lose any plan time you've paid for. For more details about how to downgrade, see "Downgrading to a Free Account"
