Trend Charts allow you to visualise scores, responses and categories over time. Allowing you to quickly spot trends in your data.
We offer two types of Trend Charts that can be used within the Results Summary as well as within Dashboards.
Trend Charts - Single or Multiple line
You can view data based on a single or multiple set of lines, depending on whether you choose to show "Score", "Responses" or "Sentiment Category".
Stacked Area Charts - Multiple Line
You can view data based on multiple set of lines which are stacked on top of each other to show the breakdown of responses as a % or value of the total responses. You can either choose to show "Responses" or "Sentiment Category".

Depending on the question you're editing, you'll have the following options:
- Score
- Responses (Including NPS Categories)
- Sentiment (Sentiment Categories)
Trend By
All charts will have the following options, allowing you to quickly breakdown and view data based on different time periods:
- Day
- Week
- Month
- Quarter
- Year
